Whilst trying different wines, you will learn about how they are produced and different wine making methods, etc which will help you become more confident buying wines and matching them to food. Wine appreciation really matches the ethos of the u3a and enables you to find new wines to enjoy without having to buy a bottle and find out you don’t like it! You won’t end up having too much to drink and with measures available you can be careful about how much you have too.
Meeting on Friday evenings is a great way to start the weekend!
