Our u3a has just over 1200 members and anyone can join. We get together to learn from each other and having fun is important to us. No qualifications are required or given and learning is defined in its broadest sense. There is no age limit and most members are no longer in full-time employment.

Notice of AGM on 18th June
Please consider serving on the Executive Committee
The following Committee positions become available at the next AGM in June this year: Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Groups Coordinator, and Newsletter Editor. There is also a vacancy for a Committee member without portfolio. Please message the Chairman and Secretary if you have an interest. You will be put in touch with the existing incumbent(s) in order to understand more about the role(s). The Committee meets mainly to consider and approve plans (and costs) for forthcoming events and activities stemming from the work of committee members and their support teams.

Our outings and short breaks are always very popular and many of our Interest Groups involve visits too.
