History Makers Group meets in the winter months. We are a group of 10 people and everyone is expected to take part in preparing a part of the meetings in advance.

This last year we have looked at several important and well-known leaders such as Napoleon and Churchill. But what do you know about less well-known people like the man in the photo. He’s Mustapha Kemal who became Ataturk. He played an important role in the future of Europe after 1918 and went on create modern Turkey out of the ashes of the Ottoman Empire..
