
Highclere Castle is a grade 1 listed country house built 1679 and largely renovated in 1840’s with a park designed by Capability Brown in the 18th century. Highclere Castle has been used for many films locations and for the very popular Downton Abbey.
We will be on a self guided tour of the The house , the Egyptian exhibition and gardens.
There is a Tearoom that serves hot and cold food and drinks all day.
