With around 120 huts Canterbury’s Christmas market is now one of the largest seasonal events in the South East and keeps growing.

The narrow medieval lanes between the Cathedral and the old city walls and the old set up is compact enough that you can comfortably cover it in a day and have time to visit the Cathedral if you wish. The Cathedral charge £18 pp entrance fee and this is not included in the price of this outing.

Canterbury  Cathedral is the Cathedral of the  Archbishop of Canterbury who is the spiritual leader of the Church of England and the symbolic leader of the worldwide Anglian Communion. It is on the site of one of the oldest structures of Christian in England and forms part of the World Heritage site. Architectural styles include Gothic architecture, Romanesque architecture and English Gothic Architecture.
